• An online application form which will not begin collecting responses until October 1st 2023 as per the admissions statement.

Prior to completing the application form you should ensure you have a good quality photograph of your son's Birth Certificate and a good quality photograph of your signature. Once you have completed the form a version will be emailed back to you as a pdf. If there have been any errors please contact the office at office@stvincentsd11.ie as soon as possible
