Food Parcels

Dear Parents

I hope that you are all keeping well at this challenging time. In St. Vincents, we believe strongly that we should continue to support all of our community. To that end we have continued to teach remotely through google classroom and keep in contact with our students in the knowledge that this will pass and we will be returning to school in the future.

To ease the significant pressure we are all under, we intend to continue the school lunch initiative. Many of you are aware that we offer a hot meal everyday for our students. Instead of a hot meal we are coordinating with suppliers to arrange a twice monthly food package to come to your home. This will consist of non perishable goods.

To avail of this free service please follow the link below and enter your details. We will forward these to our suppliers Fresh Today and they will coordinate with An Post for this to be delivered to your house. Your name and address will be treated sensitively and Fresh Today will not retain your data once the initiative has finished. Each student can avail of the service so if you have more than 1 student attending in St. Vincents please fill in for every student.

This service will hopefully be helpful to you and will aid in social distancing as it will reduce your need to go shopping as frequently.

The school is also currently reviewing its Child Safety Statement (please find attached) If you have  any comment on it please contact office@stvincentsd11.ie for consideration.

Stay safe and stay at home.

Best Wishes

Máire Quinn.
